So is your idler lined up perfectly with the spur, so the back-edge of the idler is flush and it protrudes over the edge of the spur (as it is physically wider)?

Or are you more central on the idler with the spur?

Also, does your idler spin freely in your hand or is it a little tight (but not much)? Just wondering if mine is too loose and has some play in it on the bearings.
