I have just joined as a member and noticed your project a few weeks ago. sorry for being nosey I had to comment really intersting project
. Being a real losi fan at heart I have made a carbon conversion kit of my own cant let X Factory have it all their own way you can use both 24mm high and 31mm lipos. I have used the XXXNT gear box thats pretty strong popped in a 6000 MAh Vampire LIpo pack. My last revision is to switch from the 32DP gearing to use associated 78 tooth 48 DP spur gear. It really has great torque. finally I made some clear lexan splash guards for the wonderful weather we are having and a rear alloy gearbox suppport. Keep up the good work.
