Here's a topic to argue...

If there are few entries and F2 becomes attainable by some otherwise F4-5 drivers, should the BRCA rule (AGM October 2007) that there should be a minimum number of drivers entering enough counting rounds otherwise only F3 is the highest grade.

OR

Continue unchanged, and keep the doors open for those who recognise the oportunity for F2. If anyone is against this, I suggest you enter that class and fill the entries....
