yes the plate was made by steve davis and puts the weight closer the centre line,,,
holes are there just to get a bit more air around the motor can/mount and it does work to a certain degree,,,

i used to paint shells for cash but its all getting too much with work and family so have taken a back seat for the time being,, but i know a guy that can throw some serious paint eh Tel
