human rights crap.
how about the guy that went to jail for murder, he done 11 years, but while he was in there he took heroin, and a few other drugs.
after years of drug abuse in prison he had a stroke (oh how sad)
so after he got out he sued the government, and won.
he has just been awarded 1.4 mill
he said if he hadn't of been put in prison he wouldn't of started taking drugs.
bet the victims family feel so happy for him
