I am friends with the guy who invented the diffcover for the Tamiya TRF 511/501. He is a real ace when it comes to construction. He can easily scan the inside of a gearbox for an example and get all the measurements etc. Have CNC connections as well. We spoke about it and it is possible. We are going to do do this our self with some small ideas of our own.
4 gear transmission, Easy access diff! Minimum use of parts and built in weight. Strictly lipo ready. No need for compromises with old nimh cells.
