Well, I am hoping, you have said that in jest, but somehow, I don't think you have.
The way things are, now, lots of people get accused but are never prosecuted, some are prosecuted and still actually innocent etc.
Nobody likes kiddie fidlers or murderers, but as a member of a jury, I could find someone guilty, and sentence them to life, but I wouldn't sleep, sentencing them to death.
