From the bits that I know off you'd more than likely be better off buying the bits seperate instead of buying a new B4 to replace them for a whole 'new' car.
Minus turnbuckles + diff I think theres around 10 parts that you need for the front end, Microtech do really good deals for B4 spares online btw!

Some people have bought new B4s and sold off the unwanted bits, but to be fair this isnt a cost effective route in my opinion.
