That mid motor cars only work on turf and such is wrong. Have seen and driven them myself on loose gravel and hard packed gravel and it works great. Surprisingly! Didn't think that but I am convinced.
But then again, our winter series up north started of by the two top places by rear motor cars. The mids came behind. That killed the hype very efficiently
