I ignore them all. No one is going to deliberately cut you off when you are using their service and providing them with an income. If they've something to say, they write to you, or inform you the next time you log in. No reputable finance-related company that works over the internet has informed me of anything about my account other than when I've already logged in, or in writing to my home address.
Reading this thread, it is no surprise they keep doing it, as clearly there are plenty of people they can fool. Ignore them all, is their advice.
