I would say about 75% of the time its far better to get actual hands on advice at the track or shop. Sometimes by just asking advice on a forum you may not give all the relevent details needed for a cure or be able to fully understand the advice given.
If someone experienced can physically show you then you will have 1000% better understanding of what to do in the future plus any other errors you may not have noticed would be picked up on.
