I have redrilled the motor plate to fit an idle gear below the spur/pinion, i have also drilled a new lower motor mount hole. This means i can now change the pinion/idle to mesh with the spur and also change the spur gear as the idle can move to mesh with the spur. I am now not fixed to one pinion now  |

. What did you think of the reverse gear? Ive got mine installed but not run it yet
Last question. Why the hydra drive? The tracks not that bad!
