Yeesh! Found this on the internets:
http://www.teamnovak.com/products/br...spec_chart.htm . The front is 1/2" x 3/16", but can't find out what the rear one is. At a guess I'd say it'd be the 'standard' size, which is 3/8" x 1/8". The kit, though, comes with a new endbell as well, so I'm not sure if the rear bearing is user-replaceable on its own or not.
http://www.cmldistribution.co.uk are the UK distributor, so you might be able to get hold of the kit from them.
edit: TBH, if you measure the one you've got, it should give you a good idea, knowing that they're imperial.
