After having jumped on this board with a resounding endorsement of the Durango follow-up and service, I have to say I'm now getting increasingly disappointed. They showed lots of promise but have since not responded to my emails or comeback to me.

The first issue was about the rear drive roll pins which on this board they said they had not received an email from me on, but had actually responded with: "The roll-pins will be replaced as a 'running change' in the DEX410 in the near future. Can we recommend that you post a question on Oople or a similar forum as to the 'best' solution. As you say, there are lots of different solutions at the moment, so we cannot recommend the 'best' one as it may not suit your requirements." Like I said at the time, no big deal. I'll sort this out. Only 2.99. I was a bit miffed with the fact they then put in this thread that they'd received no such communication from me. Oh well.

They promised to sort out the faulty chassis rails about 3 weeks ago "We are discussing the issue with the factory and have requested replacement parts for you."

I chased this up via email a few days ago and no reply.

I'm glad they won the world champs. The car deserves it. Its great. But XRAY after sales service it ain't.
