Its just the name we came up with for the first one - the top 32 after qualifying in the first event we held went into their own reedy style racing category and we tried to think of a name for these top drivers - like warriors or titans or the duels something, in the end we came up with players.. The cards and dice just seemed to suit the name as a graphic, i think there were some saucy playing cards given away with the raffle last year too
