I tend to ignore everyone else's setups and just make my own.
learn what each adjustment
should do to the car and try it out yourself. you may find a setting that 1 person swears by makes the car harder to drive for yourself. On my SC10 my tyres are well past their best (bald in the middles) so just set the camber to some insane level like 10/15 degrees all round and it actually worked quite well lol
and since a track is rarely exactly the same as before it's difficult to list a certain setup which will work nicely this time.
Go for it and try things out. get as much track time as you can.
