I have bias regarding chargers(work closely with a good brand!),
but I will say one thing. if you do get a "cheep" charger, be very careful about what the voltage of the cells are when you take them off charge.
I've seen problem with people have spent sensible amount of money on race packs to charge them with a "$30" charger from china/ebay and ruin the packs when they just kept charging.
the problem with these chargers is that some are good, some are bad, some are really ugly (and could cause serious damage) and the problem is finding out which ones are consistently good.
