I have several E-mail accounts, and I'll confess that over the past couple of weeks I haven't been able to do much with the one that's for the retail customers.
Our lease was up on Sept 30 and the place that seemed huge in mid-Sept 2008 was simply too small now. After some searching we found a nearby spot 50% larger for just a few dollars/month more, and for 10 days we've been working to both move and keep shipping stuph. Shipping only down for three days, so it worked out well.
At the same time we kept working on several new products -- you'll be amazed shortly, I hope.
Something had to slip, and unfortunately that E-mail was it. I'll work some on Sunday to catch up with it, and have a big push next week.

Didn't know you were moving, so great to hear that you guys are expanding. I'm sure I will be amazed with what you have under the X-Factory towel.
