If it helps, I'm using these thrust bearings in my DB-01
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...d=&mfe=sidebar and have had no problems with them for a couple of months. You can also get the from the RCBearing website too but I had the eBay link handy.
The bonus is they are separate items (2 washers and 1 ball race) so you can grease them up easier and they can go in either way round so you don't get the diff undoing itself problem
