Replace the diff nut - the nyloc section may be worn.

When assembling, make sure the thrust assembly is well greased - if it isn't, the added friction can work the screw loose.

Also, assuming it is a Durga, make sure the diff has been assembled the right way, the manual is a little unclear about orientation and you can end up putting the thrust bearing on the wrong side.
