I wouldn't reccomend that with a non pro unit. 5T's in 5t's however you're comparing a Delta wound slotless motor to a wye wound slotted motor(novak) and that's not a fair comparison.

Randy, Thanks for the help... I wasnt trying to compare like for like just wondering what the speedo could handle...
The reason I mentioned the Novak was before I realised about KV's I just bought it off the back "of its a 5T" and therefore assumed it would be similar, oops !!
But it is to be fair ts plenty for my 10yr old for the moment, at least now I know I can move him upto a Tekin 4800kv motor as and when he needs an upgrade
