I did that, and the manual asked me to put them on the universals too.
I have left the grease there and never intend to remove it, on both parts.
I'm starting to get slop with the servo saver, should I get a kimbourgh servo saver.
Or get the tamiya blue aluminum piece that goes on the stock saver?
I've seen people run those, and I cant say they ever went back.
