Hi Paul, have you put the diff plates back the right way, there are two sides to diff plates from when they get stamped out, look closely and you will see a rounded edge and a flat edge, you want the balls to run and the face with the flat edge, another trick worth doing is with some very light wet and dry to sand the diff plates to make sure there are no imperfections and the plates are smooth and flat, only use a small amount of diff grease, I only ever use Associated diff grease, I know I may be telling things you already know but even I forget to put things back right. hope you get it sorted
