I think it's unlikely that the legal charge on jr would go ahead - however it could. Wasn't the charge that he had attempted to bribe them?? If it was, then it is still possible that there is some truth in that - i.e telling flav that he would squeel if flav sacked him - both events we know happened.
Makes you wonder how Flav thought he could get away with it. I think the fia obviously think he was the ring leader - or it's him that they wanted rid of. Otherwise i wouldn't have thought they would have offered symonds immunity.
