Yep, those will work for DB01, 501X and 511s. I know what you mean, I have broken a couple sets of the orginal black ones. Good wheel nuts will help prevent those hexes from breaking.
The times that I did break them, I was tightening wheel nuts... slow tighten, slow tighten... CRACK!
