I've also read through the majority of the threads and can see no real explaination of what cutting the centres out of the diaphrams on the shocks actually does. Does it increase pack? I know it's a damn sight more difficult to build with no air trapped..

ok with the o rings in what tends to happen if you come of a large jump the diphrams colaapse and the shocks dont work very well after with the diphrame cut out it genraly feels more consistance it sounds like you are from tc back ground me too in a tc the diphrams are they way forward as the small omount of give you get in the rubber soaks up the small high frequnce bumps which you can tune with the foam compensaters with the off road car the tyres do that job.
