There is a difference between asking genuinely why clubs charge to race and why the BRCA charges a membership fee, to saying that having to pay the BRCA and race fees is a joke.
I wasnt taking the piss in my reply, id like to hope that atleast the first two paragraphs explain to you why there are fees involved.
