Simply, get your idler and bearings and screw. place a bearing on the screw then the idler, then place some washers on the screw to space the bearings out to stop them pinching when tightened, place the other bearing on the screw then another washer to spacer the gear off the motor plate, and mount the assembly where you would the top motor screw normally.
