I'm amused by the expression of the bloke in the middle - if he grins any wider, the top of his head will fall off...
Personally, I find the whole charade of token females at the podium to be sexist as well as pointless - it's not like you could ever pass off RC racing to be as cool and sexy as, say, surfing or snowboarding...
On the subject of aesthetics, I prefer the one on the left, actually.
