I am dutch-speaking so my English is not always 100% (to say the least

) so the manual is not always cristal to me
Can someone explain me the following:
(talking about setting up my RS PRO)
Do I understand it correctly that CURRENT LIMITER means that one can tune the amount of increase of "juice" over time that the ESC passes through to the motor?
So with -when hitting the throttle-trigger hard- a low value for Current limiter and giving full throttle, the motor will go to max revs but with a slow increase, as if one would slowly squeese the throttle-trigger. With a high (max, 12) value, the throttle will go from 0 till 100 as fast as the ESC can deliver.
Is this correct?
If so, this setting can be used as a kind of "slipper"-function, or in slippery conditions, to minimise the wheeling of the tires. Is this also correct?
But then again, such a function is dealt with throught the THROTTLE PROFILES, no?
OR is Current limiter simply a limiter on the maximum of amps the ESC will give the motor, so with a low value, one would get a lower topspeed then with a maximum value?
thx in advance.
