Ok so the camera and lack of MMS was 3 years behind ! Cannot argue with that but the rest wasn't I mean just look at all the phones out now they are all copies 3 years on.
The iPhone 3gs has fixed all it's shortcomings ie camera video MMS copy paste
Only downside to the iPhone is the cost which is a big issue
