Short answer to your question is 'no'.
The Electric Board now only allow submissions once for Lipo approval for the following season. If this is the case (and pending homologation) any Lipo cell submitted now would not be BRCA approved until 1st April 2010.
Batteries - Lithium Based Lipo Packs Rule 2.8 - It follows that any new battery becoming available during a calendar year can only be used from the 1st April in the subsequent year. i.e. No new batteries will be homologated during the calendar year or racing season.
