also check if the shock-oil is grey after a few runs, if that is the case than the shockhousings are worn.

Make sure you make a list and see at what kind of price your looking at, maybe better to look how much more you need to spend to get a new car.

B4 check list:

-Outdrives, essential if there worn you get strange handeling while
your accerating
-Pins in the MIP axles, replace these often and the rest will
last much longer
-Ballcups and ball-ends, like Chris sais best to replace them all after
you notice that ballcups are popping off
-Rearhub bearing (but the newer B44 hubs help a lot)
-Shim the arms to reduce play
-Shockhousings, some B4 kits had terrible shock housings with
very thin anodizing so they would ware very fast. Newer types
seem a lot better
-Shock O-rings, make sure that they aren't sticky. Other wise replace.
-Hingepins, make sure there not bend
-Shockbushings and Eyelet
-Transmission gears, clean and inspect them.

But like I said before if a lot of parts are bad, maybe look at a new car
