You were suggesting using a 5A power supply from a computer, you'd never said anything about 15-20A, which would be fine.
The Turnigy charger isn't that great, but it will do the job. The main problem is that you are limited with the cells you can balance, due to the 'built in the side' JST balance board.
Unless you want to resolder any packs you buy with JST-XH balance plugs, you will be stuck to brands of battery that use that type.
