Tuning the car's setup should be promoted surely, but hop-ups limited to strength/reliability issues (in the case of the SC10, the diff shims would need to be allowed, as well as wheel modifications, as they can easily strip).
It should come down to driver talent, and tuning/setup. I really think that the speed of these things are limited by the low grip they have, and the power you can put down?

I think the only thing to remember is the placement of Cells in the SC10 - That is a massive factor in what makes them handle as they were supposed to (and not just like a T4) - This is probably the only other crucual element so there should be something about that included? My main reservation about the whole Set-up change thing is that we would be in danger of making it more like racing normal T4 style trucks but with SC10 body's which would be a real shame as these things should be going sideways and a real handful to drive
