These other 3 are mounting holes for screwing onto the one way which is a popular upgrade to replace the front diff. so they mould them all the same, save on tooling costs.

I should imagine that filling these holes with balls may have an adverse effect since they may not be in contact with the thrust washer.

Remove them to be sure.
