I went in with a graphics card fault and said it was due to an incompatibilty with hardware. Which point I was asked if I knew what I was doing.. I said pardon and got the you heard. So I reminded him that I was the HP/Microsoft certified engineer and not the chimp behind the desk. Which point he went very quiet and asked if I wanted to swap the card.
