On the X11 i don't know if it is possible to run the car without the rear anti roll bar!!!!!

I have tried and the car just rolls onto it's roof everywhere.....

With the front roll bar it is something that should be used as a tuning aid for high grip tracks. Best to try with and without and see what feels best for you and what is quicker.

I tend to always remove front roll bar in wet/greasy conditions... makes the car feel like you know what it is going to do.

I have also played with the front roll bar at all 3 UK Nationals this year... Now the logic behind the roll bar is:

It will naturally reduce body roll by keeping both wheels more in touch with the track. But by doing this the car is supposed to be less stable over bumps!!!!

So, the one place i used the front roll bar this year was the bumpiest track so far (Talywain)....
Basically it is something to try...

If you are using the latest Kev Lee setup then tweak it and experiment... remember all drivers are different so even though it is a pretty damn good setup you can always improve to your style.

I like my car to be a bit less twitchy than Kevs and i am currently running..

Front Shocks:
Same Springs
Same position
32.5 wt
Drilled pistons (origional pistons)
Pushrod mod

Rear Shocks
Same springs
Old shock tower but ball ends unscrewed for extra droop.
30wt
Drilled pistons (Origionals)

Note: I always run the rear end a bit higher than the front, the car should lean forward.
One thing that is essential on the Pred is getting your ride height correct.

Lipo stick pack mod chassis.
Fixed shaft
35g along centre spline on lipo side, pushed to the front and no gaps.
5g motor side to the front.
20g under front shocks, 10g either side!!
Rear wing fitted forward so it goes over front shocks.

Hope this helps, pretty much the same as Kev Lee setup but minor tweaks which have helped me.
