yes the wheels do strip . We filled the spaces in between the moldings with epoxy to strengthen them and installed a slightly longer pin so it just fits. Then torque down on that nut boy! I also hold the axle when removing the wheel nut as some of us have killed the wheel moldings while un doing the nut ???? Also keep an eye on the diff, extra shims will be needed when its been run a while.
thrashed mine round deerdale on astro was ooooooooorsome ! did the tripple once but wind kept catching the bodyshell the other times, It could do all the rest of the track aswell as a truggy !
also tried it on the dirt track at coventry, Dusty Dirt = wheelspin and doughnuts. Was really hard to put the power down on the dusty stuff. even with the 8.5 brushless in it was a struggle. quick though !
