I just got the 30 degrees caster blocks and found the hole for the hinge pin a really tight fit, I had removed the flashing around the hole, it felt like something would break before the hinge pin would go through the blocks. The vertical pin slides through fine. Tried on some mates blocks he had in his box - also very tight.
I was looking at getting a reamer to clean out the hole. Anyone else found this?
