they said that there isn't alot they can do as it has been looked at by mr bailey on behalf of mirage. It can be sent to them but doubtful if anything more will be done. I suppose because mirage set the wheels in motion it should be up to them to see it through. Nevermind, i'll try and get this sorted direct with orion.
Its a shame as the orion products are really good but then let down with aftersales. (i'm guessing its the distributor changeover thing again
