Well I have noticed that I have had to tighten the diff more than id like to, to stop it slipping. Although the diff action is super__smooth and rolls asif the bolt isn't overly tight, so it must be okay.

Infact, this will be a good thing as it won't loosen.

Maybe I say this as I have been re-using old bolts and captive nuts for donkeys years! I might have just forgotten what a new nut and bolt feels like.
