Here is the first one, I am not sure what to reccomend you guys using to take up the difference in the rear standoff but i used some AE FT shock bushings p/n ASC1780 as they are the perfect height and you can double stud them on both ends. I would like to find some fat aluminum tube that i could cut and tap to 4-40 but for now i am using those.
