This is my plan too. So far £47.99 for the kit (real cost £2.99 after I sold off one of my very old cars), £8.50 for bearings and £14 for a set of mini spike tyres so that's £70.49 so far. Everything else, speedo, servo, receiver, battery will either be cannibalised from my spares box or begged, borrowed or salvaged from skips

. I remember when I started I had a B4 with a crappy 27T motor but seemed to enjoy it more. It all got a bit too serious at the end of last year and stopped being fun so the plan is to start having a laugh again.
