I've got a NIB Williams FW12 body here, although due to it's value it isn't going on a chassis. Raced F1s for years and it still gets a run out every so often. The old F102 is likely to get retired when I get hold of an F104 .

Ebay is one place, and likely the only place to find F102 specific parts and front wings.
F1 has always been popular in the far east, it's why Tamiya rereleased the F103RM last year, and developed the Tech Racing F108 into the new F104. For the more general parts (bodies, wheels, etc) try
the F1 specialist
http://www.d-drivesportsenglish.com/ A great range of bodies from all the manufacturers (Chevron, Blade, Cross, etc) and tyres from Cross, Kawahara and Tamiya.
My other main source of parts is Dinball, who have a range of
F103 hop ups including the F103 carbon axle that fits the F102, as well as a range of
wheels and tyres and
bodies.
