may I suggest that you really need to reduce the length of the rear xx4 shocks. The xx4 shocks should not be more than 5 or 6 mm longer than your B4 shocks.

To do this you will need a pair of XXX (all types) rear shock shafts to put in your xx4 shock bodies. You could put some internal limiters in the shocks that you have, not ideal but you could do it till you get the correct shafts. You will need quite a bit of limiters inside, again limit the shocks so they are about 5mm longer than your B4 shocks.

If you don't get the rear shocks the correct length you will have way to much rear droop and mess the handling up big time, it's not just the driveshaft falling out as Chazz says, you need the rear shocks the correct length for handling prposes aswell.
