Although, if you believe the ITV F1 page (
http://www.itv-f1.co.uk/News_Article.aspx?id=46112) Ferrari aren't happy about being automatically entered for 2010, but then again they are contracted to the Concorde agreement until 2012....
All in all, I think it's about time F1 stopped airing its dirty laundry in public as I think it is now starting to harm the sport
