thats where the confusion lies
but orin dont have to homlogate each wind just each design, sintered is same dimensions but diff construction, but the eb say they are allowed, and the motor list does not say whether the motor on the list is a sintered rotor or not.
so if you work to the eb list how does the scruitineer know what should be in the presented motor
