I was just about to post that 190dB would probably instantly make you deaf!
I used to work in the noise measurement industry, if you pay someone to do it for you it will probably cost a lot of money. If you do it yourself you might not be able to prove you did it right - you can't just turn on a noise meter and point it at something, everything has to be measured as per the applicable standard.
I'd ask whoever it is asking you exactly what measurement they want, and to quote you the National Standard number so that you can obviously measure the noise correctly - this might just be enough for them to conveniently forget about it as they don't know the standard themselves
