About the refs, I think I'll know the guys who did it, and basically they will have all done it on the day as well as racing. ANYONE can have a go at reff'ing, don't just expect these people to do it at every round. If you fancy having a go, why not help one of these guys at a round? Stand next to them, learn from them, then volunteer at the next round?
Anyone can ref, it just takes a bit of experience, but you don't get that without doing it. 'The refs' are 'The racers' they are the same people. Why don't you have a go next time?
